the empire state building rebuilt in thunderbird 6???

according to something i read on another website, the emipre state building was in thunderbird 6 because skyship one flew over it. can anyone tell me how this is when it collasped in terror in new york city. there are only three resons i can think of as to why this is
1) thunderbird 6 took place before terror in new york city
2) someone on gerry andersons team forgot that they had made it collapse.
3) someone rebuilt it
