I couldn't swear to it because I'm out of my head at the moment(and not in a good way!)but I think it was in'Vault of Death' that Lady P is flirting with the manager of the Bank of England an Parker is in the kitchen, mocking the food that 'Upstairs'are having. 'Lil' who we must assume to be Cook, hands Parker a steaming plate of some fearfully vile concoction and Parker declares 'Cor, me favourite!'as he tucks into his repulsive looking plate of slop. However the news of Light Fingered Fred's escape from Parkmoor Scrubs ensures that Parker's dinner never gets eaten. I think that's right!
