Obviously Cass is a collector of Public Information Posters, as the Duchess of Royston is no. 12 in the series, entitled 'Never Lend Seemingly Harmless Old Ladies Money No Matter How Many Priceless Paintings They Appear To Own'
Further examples are the one that features Jeff saying 'If You Run A Top Secret Organisation, It's Better Not To Let a Bunch Of Annoying Brats Run About All Over Your Base'(withdrawn after the Coralville Hospital Fiasco) and the poster featuring The Hood warning of the dangers of not letting psychotic maniacs into your secret research base in Australia without checking their ID.
Also I think the Duchess is probably enjoying her new found wealth with a relaxing holiday to a top night spot, despite never having done a day's work in her life.
