I noticed that too its strange also you can definetley tell that they made the cham cham the episode after the duchess assignment because when you look around the people sitting down in the bar you could see quite a few faces from the duchess assignment there was the casino owner and his mate with the tash who worked behind the bar and tryed to shoot penelope and also wasn,t dandrige,s chauffer hendrix the co-pilot of the first aircraft to be shot down.
