The crooks in The Duchess Assignment weren't to do with the Hood. They could've written him into the script by making the crooks his servants to bankrupt the Duchess so as to photo IR's secrets.
Carela in The Imposters has the same voice as Kenyon in 30 Minutes After Noon. David Graham did both voices although Ray Barrett did the voice of Jenkins in The Imposters while Peter Dyneley did Dempsey in 30 Mins. I don't think they are the same people as the Leader's helijet was shot down. It would be unlikely that they'd survive. The Leader sounds like General Bron. It might be him.
