There's no doubt about Scarlet. The first thing it states is that it is set in 2068.

Stingray - 2064
Thunderbirds - 2026 (although most newspapers in the series state 1964)
CS - 2068
J90 - Can't remember - I think 2013
Secret Service - 1969
