I read in the 'I Just Made It Up' Thunderbirds Manual that Lady P's headgear is specially designed to incorporate a satellite communication system, microwave oven, poodle kennel, 3 day's worth of emergency rations,field maintenance kit for FAB 1 and box of tissues, in case John happens to visit. This, if true, would explain why Penny sits still so much!
