Well I haven't the time to list them all but here is one example.

If you find the above picture in the book then you will see it carries the caption - "Scott returning from TB3 in the Uninvited" or something like that.

Except! The picture clearly shows the lounge to be the second season set. Notice the different chair, desk and radio. The Uninvited was a season 1 story.
