No, but I know what you mean. There was a Project SWORD in Scarlet but that was some sort of offensive strike against the mysterons cant recall the episod(s). Perhaps the trip to Mars Trilology related to it?. The TV21 namesake was just down to coincidence I think or more than likely someone fancied the name. Fennell may/may not have supplied the story brief so perhaps thats the answer. I do recall that SWORD refered to the ZERO-X manufacturers (what was their name???!) as also the suppliers of the XL fleet. It was that kind of storyline!!!.
