Yes, it ran as a TV21 strip, but WASNT mentioned in the strip. TV21 ran a number of filler strips that were invented to fit in a supposed Anderson universe. S.W.O.R.D (no off the top of my head Icant remember what it stood for...) was a sort of industriaal espionage investigation outfit as I recall. At least most of the plots reflected that. If I remember rightly much dealt with intrigue at the manufacturers of the ZERO-X project. Ok not much use for now but try the TV21 simplenet site which I think has a history of TV21 page that mentions this and other strips. Hope that helps...
